From March 17th to 19th an Aikido seminar took place in Erlangen under the guidance of Shihan Volker Hochwald. Aikido is a Japanese martial art based on the principles of harmony and flow. It is known for its effective self-defense techniques and its ability to resolve conflicts without violence.

Shihan Volker Hochwald is a renowned Aikido teacher with over 40 years of experience in the art. He is a student of Morihiro Saito Sensei, a direct disciple of Aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba. Hochwald Sensei studied Aikido in Japan and has been teaching it in Germany for many years.

The seminar in Erlangen was an opportunity for Aikido enthusiasts from all over Germany to benefit from Hochwald Sensei’s experience and knowledge. The seminar was open to all levels, from beginners to experienced aikidoka.
